Paint the city call for mural artists

Landen Prather Fine Art Gallery and the City of Villa Rica are partnering to bring fresh art to downtown. Villa Rica is known as the city of gold, and so large boulder sized  gold nuggets will be painted around downtown.  There will be a public vote on the top 3 murals, and those artists will each have an opportunity to show their work with the Landen Prather Fine Art Gallery both in person and during an online gallery on the ARTSY platform. The deadline for submissions is June 5th 2023. Applications will ONLY be accepted with this form and only properly completed applications will be considered. You must be a Resident of Georgia and be available at least 3 Days in Villa Rica GA during the months of June and July. Each selected artist will receive a budget for materials as well as other incentives To be identified.  

* Fill Out Each Section of the Form

* Submit at least 2 examples of previous mural work (include yourself in the photographs if possible)

*Include Your Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook) so we can see additional artwork 

* Include  your website and/or link to your artist portfolio

*Submit at least 2 additional artworks that are at least 36in x 36in in size including name, medium, and size of each piece

* No Applications after June 5th Will be Considered
